BOCC October Town Hall: Where does your dough go? Boulder County tax dollars at work



Boulder County, Colo. -- Boulder County residents are invited to learn about the budget, how county tax dollars are managed, and have an opportunity to ask questions about how taxes are spent at the Board of County Commissioners virtual Town Hall meeting, Thursday, Oct. 14, 5:30 – 7 p.m. on Zoom. 

In addition, the Commissioners will take public comment from 6:30 to 7 p.m., in lieu of the previous monthly Tuesday, 11:30 a.m. opportunity. People interested in speaking can email commissioners@bouldercounty.org for one of 10 speaking slots—first come, first served. A total of 3 minutes of public comment will be allotted per registered speaker and only 30 minutes of public comment will be accommodated.

WHEN: Thursday, Oct. 14, 5:30 – 7 p.m.

HOW: Questions and comments on the budget will be taken during the meeting via the Zoom functions. The Town Hall will be simultaneously interpreted into Spanish and American Sign Language (available through Zoom).
