Boulder County, Colo. - The next meeting of the Boulder County Planning Commission will be Wed., April 17, 2019, beginning at 3 p.m.

Agenda items include:

Approval of minutes/miscellaneous business.

Staff update(s) on projects and/or development review items (if necessary). Informational item only, public testimony will not be taken.

Items:

  1. Public Hearing: Docket DC-18-0006: General Code Clean Up
    Amendments to the Land Use Code to address clerical mistakes, outdated references and terminology, and minor changes to clarify code provisions and improve processes. This docket will include the following topics: docket sign posting, adding email as a method of notification, referral requirements for Variances reduced to 15 days, post-approval requirements for Vacations increased to one-year deadline, clarification for Kennel use, addition of the definition of a carport, updating references to the Environmental Resources Element, and clarifications to the setback and grading definitions.
    Action Requested: Decision
    Public testimony will be taken.
    The staff report will be posted to the DC-18-0006: General Code Clean Up webpage on April 10.
