   Vacation request to vacate an unnamed, undeveloped right of way in the Brownsville Subdivision.

2. Docket SU-18-0021: Ross Group Care Facility
   Special Use Review and Site Specific Development Plan to establish a Group Care Facility.
   Action Requested: Recommendation to BOCC.

3. Docket DC-18-0004: Niwot Rural Community District Code Update
   Proposed text amendments to amend the Land Use Code Article 4-116 Niwot Rural Community District (NRCD) and related provisions. Online speaker sign-ups for the NRCD Planning Commission hearing will be available on the docket webpage beginning at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Comments may be submitted through the NRCD Comment Form through noon on Monday, Feb. 18 to be considered by the Planning Commission prior to the public hearing on Feb. 20.
   Action Requested: Recommendation to BOCC.
