Nederland, Colo. - Homeowners and residents in areas impacted by the Cold
Springs Fire will be briefly allowed into the fire perimeter on July 13, 2016,
in order to inspect their property, remove spoiled food, and gather personal

Residents living to the south of the blue line on the temporary re-entry map are to go to the intersection of Hurricane Hill and Ridge Road and can be
inside the fire perimeter from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Residents entering the
southern section of the fire perimeter must access Hurricane Hill via Highway
119. All residents are required to leave the way they entered.

Residents who live north of the blue line on the map, along Cold Springs Road west of the
intersection of Ridge Road, including Cold Springs Road, Hummer Road, Big Jack
Court, Hoosier Court, Wolftongue Road, and Sherwood Road (North of the blue
line, see attached Map) will have access through a checkpoint located
approximately 400 yards east of Peak to Peak Highway on Cold Springs Road.
