Reel ‘em in at Summer Catfish Night on Friday, July 22

Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County Parks and Open Space invites all anglers to Summer Catfish Night - a great opportunity to try their luck at night when the lake is usually closed and the catfish are biting.

This event takes place on Friday, July 22 from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at Carolyn Holmberg Preserve at Rock Creek Farm. Check-in is required at the Stearns Lake Trailhead parking lot area.

  • All ages welcome, anglers 16-years of age and older must have a current Colorado fishing license
  • Artificial and live bait allowed
  • Shore fishing only
  • A headlamp or flashlight is recommended
