Two arrested for damage and trespass at a vacation rental property
Boulder County, Colo. - A 17-year-old female and an 18-year-old male, Coy Theodore Christ Jacky, were arrested today on multiple charges stemming from a large party that was held at a vacation rental home in the 3000 block of Overland Road in unincorporated Boulder County, which resulted in considerable damages to the property.
On October 29, Boulder County dispatch received a call from the property owner, who was out of the area at the time, indicating that her neighbor contacted her regarding a large party being held on the property. The owner requested that we remove the trespassers from her property, as this was a violation of the rental agreement.
Upon arrival, a Boulder County Sheriff’s Office deputy found evidence of a party that had taken place, as well as damage to the property. The homeowner later received an estimate of over $20,000 in damages and clean-up costs to the property.
Both were arrested and booked into custody on the following charges: Criminal Mischief (20k-100k) - Felony 4, 1st Degree Criminal Trespass - Felony 5, Alcohol Beverage Violation - Misdemeanor 2, Underage Possession of Alcohol - Possession. The 17-year-old female was given a $5,000 bond and Mr. Jacky was given a $10,000 bond.
