Updates to the Boulder County Regulatory Floodplain
The Boulder County Official Floodplain Map is available online
Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County Transportation received approval from the Board of County Commissioners for Docket Z-17-0002: Zoning Map Amendments to the Floodplain Overlay District Based on CHAMP Phase II Floodplain Mapping and other best available information after a public hearing on July 24, 2018. The resulting floodplain map amendments include the following changes to the Boulder County Official Floodplain Map:

- Fourmile Creek
- Geer Canyon
- Gold Run
- Left Hand Creek
- Little Thompson River
- Lower Fourmile Canyon Creek (below Anne U. White trailhead)
- James Creek
- North St. Vrain Creek (at Longmont Dam Road)
- St. Vrain Creek Floodway
Stream Reach with Updates Effective Oct. 1, 2018
- Lower Boulder Creek Floodway (Kenosha Rd./115th St. to East County Line Rd.)
