The Program provides funding for rehabilitation of locally designated landmarks or contributing structures in local landmark districts.

The Historic Landmark Rehabilitation Grant Program only includes properties designated by Boulder County in the unincorporated areas of the County or in towns with intergovernmental agreements with the county which allow historic landmarking through Boulder County Landmark Designation .
