Appeal (AP) of Interpretation

The Community Planning & Permitting Director regularly makes decisions that affect an application such as determining the correct land use process for an application or interpreting a definition in the Code. Anyone aggrieved by a decision of the Director may appeal that decision to the Board of Adjustment.
