Project Description:Subdivision Exemption for a boundary line adjustment to transfer a portion of land from the Bradley property to the Adagio LLC Properties parcel so that the Adagio Properties well can be fully located on the Adagio Properties parcel. Request also includes recognition of the Bradley property as a single legal building lot.
