Fire Restrictions are in effect for western Boulder County. No fireworks, open fires in areas shown on map. View the flyer for details.

Many County services are being offered online. Additionally, a variety of resources are available for those impacted by COVID-19.

Allenspark Transfer Station and Recycling Drop-off

Allenspark Transfer Station is a staffed facility accepting bagged and loose garbage from households and small businesses for a fee. Recycling is free of charge. Scrap metal is accepted free of charge. The County does not provide trash collection services. Contact your local haulers to arrange pickup.

The Nederland and Allenspark Transfer Stations will resume full services starting on Monday, May 4. Payments for services will again be accepted via cash and check.
We ask that all patrons follow these guidelines when visiting a facility:
• Face coverings must be worn while on-site
• Maintain six-feet of distance between other facility users
• Customers must stop at the stop sign, exit their vehicle, and complete payment for services at the office window before entering the facility
• The number of patrons allowed inside the facility at one time will be limited, so please remain at the stop sign until you are waved into the yard
• Bathrooms are for staff only
Thank you for your patience and understanding when visiting the facility. Staff will do their best to expedite your visit, but there may be waits while others are in the station.
