| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background The Boulder County Transportation Planning Division is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for assistance with the creation of a coordinated human services transportation plan. The primary purpose is to build on the TMP planning effort, address funding challenges and opportunities, and assessment of organizational and partnership capacity to make transportation more accessible to mobility-challenged and vulnerable populations. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. October 26, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than October 28, 2020.
