Suspect arrested out-of-state on warrant for Sex Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust

Boulder County, Colo. - The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office issued a nation-wide arrest warrant for Sacksith Vue, date of birth 10/3/68, for Attempted Sex Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust. Mr. Vue was arrested earlier this week in Kansas City, Missouri on the warrant and is currently being held at the Jackson County Detention Center in Missouri.

Mr. Vue was associated for years with football camps held by N2 Sports, Inc. and Mile High Football League around the Denver metro area. The male juvenile victim was ten years old at the time the attempted sexual assault took place on 6/20/20 by the football coach. The victim was driven from Westminster to a parking lot at Nevin Platt Middle School, which is located in unincorporated Boulder County. The juvenile victim disclosed the attempted sexual assault to his parents, who then reported the incident to law enforcement.

Through the course of the investigation, we believe that it is very likely that there are other victims in the area. If anyone has more information or needs to report an incident, please contact Detective Compton at 303-441-1760 or jcompton@bouldercounty.org or your local law enforcement agency.

The investigation is on-going and additional information can't be disclosed at this time. The associated Boulder County Sheriff’s Office case number is: 20-2967.
