Volunteer Victim Assistance Program

The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office Victim Assistance Program is staffed by dedicated and trained volunteer victim advocates. Through On Scene and Outreach programs, volunteer victim advocates:

  • Provide crisis intervention and referral to victims of crime and trauma.
  • Are trained to provide support, assistance, information and advocacy.
  • Act as liaison with the law enforcement agency.
  • Connect victims with resources available in the community.
