  1. Public Hearing – Docket VAR-21-0004: Jocas Garage in Setback
    Request: Request to adjust the front yard setback from 25 feet to a 15-foot front yard setback in order to construct a new detached garage on a 1.09-acre parcel.
    Location: 2617 Crestridge Court, Lot 5 Blk A Crestview Estates 2, approximately .7 miles west of the intersection of Hwy 36 and Middle Fork Rd in Section 24 Township 2N, Range 71W.

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) reviews appeals, makes decisions regarding certain sections of the Boulder County Land Use Code, the Land Use director’s determinations, and requests for variances.

Meeting Schedule

The Board of Adjustment meets as needed on the first Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. Board of Adjustment meetings and hearings are open to the public.

The members of the BOA are county residents appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Note that members of the Land Use Planning Commission (PC) may substitute for these individuals as needed.
