All shelters are available on a first-come, first-severed basis. Some shelters are available to reserve for a small non-refundable fee.

* Reservation Requirements

  • Must be able to agree and sign the Shelter Reservation Agreement
    Agreement will be sent after reservation has been processed.
  • Must agree to follow the Rules and Regulations
  • Boulder County does not offer alcohol permits. It is unlawful to consume, possess, or serve alcoholic beverages, except for fermented malt beverages containing not more than 3.2% alcohol by weight, within any County Parks and Open Space area.
  • Refunds will not be given. If a reservation is canceled more than thirty (30) days in advance of the event date, the fee may be credited to an alternative date within the same calendar year.
