Parking Lots Limited

Due to heavy snowfall, the parking lots in the mountain areas are limited or inaccessible.

Youth Corps Now Hiring

Applications are being accepted for Youth Corpsmember positions. Pay starts at $16/hour for teens ages 14-17. The application deadline is Friday, April 5.

Spring Issue of Images

The spring issue of Images magazine is now available. Articles include: The Remarkable Stories of Hazel Schmoll and Josephine Roche, Sign Here, Servant Ambassadors, What Do You Call A…, Fire Adapted Trees, and Watershed Nature Detectives.

Weed Management on Open Space

The schedule has been extended for the Integrated Weed Management Plan to review and incorporate requests from the public. The updated draft plan will be released in mid-March.

Prescribed Burns

Prescribed burn projects, including slash piles, agriculture, irrigation ditches, and a project at Hall Ranch, are scheduled until April 30. These projects will only take place when conditions are suitable. There may be heavy smoke in the air. Please do not call 911 as these controlled burns are not emergencies.
