Land Use Planning Information

For more information, or if you have questions on planning in Boulder County, please call 303-441-3930 or email using the Ask a Planner form.

Due to ongoing flood recovery efforts, the Land Use Department is currently controlling the number of planning applications accepted to meet the resources we have available, and a waitlist for new planning applications is being managed. Once application packets are prepared following your pre-application conference, please contact the Land Use office to get on the waitlist or to check waitlist status. Visit www.BoulderCountyFlood.org for flood recovery information, or 2013 Flood Rebuilding for information on repair or rebuilding of residential structures.
